Ruyazo is a Gyazo alternative
Gyazo made a category: press a key, drag a box, and the screenshot is already a link you can paste. Ruyazo works the same way, because that idea is a good one. What follows is what Ruyazo does, so you can decide for yourself whether it suits you better.
The same shape of tool
A tray app on Windows, a hotkey, a rectangle, an automatic upload and a link on the clipboard. If that is the workflow you already have, you will not need to learn anything.
It also records: up to five minutes, with pause, and selection across several monitors at once.
What Ruyazo does with your uploads
Every upload is unlisted by default: the link works, nothing lists it. You can set one to private so only you can open it, or hand out a share link carrying a password and an expiry date that you can revoke later on its own.
Your library is yours. There is no feed, nothing is recommended to anyone, and a profile stays private until you switch it on.
Ruyazo is free to use today. The terms say plainly that it may not stay free forever, because promising otherwise and changing later is worse than saying so now.
Where it is honest to be clear
Ruyazo is younger and smaller. The desktop app is Windows only for the moment: a macOS build needs a Mac to compile and a paid Apple account to get past Gatekeeper, and neither exists yet. The browser side works anywhere.
