1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ruyazo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Ruyazo is a hosted media sharing platform, operated by Rubix Development, that allows users to upload, store, and share images and videos. Your uploads are stored on our servers. The service provides direct links to uploaded media files and a user dashboard for managing uploads.

3. Pricing and Free Use

Ruyazo is currently offered completely free of charge. All features, including uploads, storage, the dashboard and the desktop application, are available at no cost and we do not ask for payment details to create an account.

The Service will not necessarily remain free forever. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans, usage limits, storage quotas or other charges at any point in the future, and to move some or all existing features behind a paid plan. Using the Service today does not entitle you to free access indefinitely, and nothing on this website constitutes a promise of permanent free use.

If we introduce charges, we will announce this on this page and, where we have your email address, notify registered users in advance of the change taking effect. You will never be charged without first being asked to agree to the applicable price. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account and your content before the change takes effect.

We may also, at our discretion, limit or reduce free usage (for example upload frequency, file size or total storage) at any time in order to keep the Service sustainable.

4. Desktop Application

We offer an optional desktop application that captures screenshots and screen recordings and uploads them to your Ruyazo account. The application only captures your screen when you explicitly trigger a capture via a hotkey or the tray menu.

• The application authenticates with an API key that you generate from your profile. Treat this key like a password: anyone holding it can upload to your account. You can revoke a key at any time from your profile.
• You are responsible for what is visible on your screen when you capture it. Do not upload content that you are not allowed to share, and be aware that anyone with the resulting link can view the file.
• The application updates itself automatically. It checks for a new version when it starts and while it is running, and installs updates without asking. Updates cannot be declined, postponed or switched off. This keeps every installation on a version that works with the Service, including when the terms in section 3 change.
• The desktop application is covered by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, and is subject to the same pricing terms set out in section 3.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload content that contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for spam or other unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Ruyazo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and serve your content as part of the Service.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or other factors beyond our control.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ruyazo or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
